Scaffolding
Trussco provides versatile scaffolding solutions designed to create safe, reliable access for maintenance, inspection and repair work in challenging onboard environments. We can erect any type of scaffolding required onboard to access tank internals or carry out external maintenance and repair work on the vessel. We also have systems in place for hull repairs above the waterline, as well as for accommodations and engine casings.
Combined with our broader offshore maintenance and repair capabilities, our scaffolding services help provide the access needed to complete complex onboard projects safely and efficiently.
Insulation
Trussco provides specialized insulation services as part of our comprehensive pipe repair and renewal capabilities. Our qualified insulation specialists can remove, replace and renew cryogenic insulation, providing access to piping and other underlying surfaces for inspection, maintenance and repair.
Removing existing insulation allows potentially significant corrosion under insulation (CUI) to be identified and addressed before new insulation is installed. By combining insulation services with our pipe repair, inspection and corrosion remediation capabilities, Trussco can provide a more complete approach to maintaining piping systems and supporting long-term asset integrity.
For difficult-to-access areas, our capabilities also include rope access insulation removal and installation, helping crews perform necessary work in challenging offshore environments while minimizing the need for conventional access systems.
Painting
Trussco provides specialized painting services to protect offshore, marine and industrial assets from corrosion and demanding operating environments. Our experienced teams perform surface preparation and painting for structural steel, decks, equipment and other critical asset surfaces.
Proper surface preparation is essential to achieving a durable, high-quality finish. By combining painting with our blasting, corrosion remediation and fabric maintenance capabilities, Trussco can prepare deteriorated surfaces, address corrosion and complete painting work as part of a comprehensive asset maintenance program.
For difficult-to-access areas, our capabilities also include rope access painting, helping crews safely complete necessary work on complex structures while minimizing the need for conventional access systems.
Abatement
Trussco provides specialized abatement services to support maintenance, repair and renovation projects across offshore, marine and industrial environments. Our experienced personnel safely remove and manage hazardous materials, helping prepare affected equipment, structures and work areas for inspection, repair or replacement.
Abatement services can be coordinated with our broader maintenance and asset integrity capabilities, allowing hazardous materials to be addressed as part of a larger project scope.
