Our training programs combine classroom instruction, hands-on experience, safety drills and specialized skills development to help employees perform their work safely and effectively.
From rope access and confined space rescue to specialized repair and coating applications, employees receive training aligned with the equipment, environments and services they encounter in the field. Trussco also uses structured recertification and refresher training to reinforce skills and maintain safety awareness.

Hands-On Training for Real-World Work
Training goes beyond the classroom. Trussco incorporates hands-on instruction, mock scenarios and practical demonstrations to prepare employees for the conditions they may encounter in the field. Specialized programs include practical rope access and rescue exercises, confined space rescue drills, equipment operation and manufacturer-led application training.
For specialized applications, Trussco incorporates manufacturer-led instruction and certification. Belzona SuperWrap II and Chartek/Pitt-Char programs combine classroom and hands-on training with competency requirements before personnel are certified to perform the work.
